There are many forms of coaching:
Executive Coaching:
Executives generally provide training, mentoring and support to their staff, but usually don't have a similar resource to draw on for themselves. Executive Coaching allows you to become aware of who you are as a leader/manager. It is a highly personalised form of training and learning. It supports the manager to be more effective at what they do now and in the future.
Life/Personal Coaching:
For individuals who are looking for clarity or to change direction in their lives.
Parent Coaching:
Coaching makes it easier to parent, particularly when the “what you are doing” connects with the “why you are doing it”.
Youth Coaching:
Exams, indecisive students, irrational behaviour and self-esteem.
Speed Coaching for specific issues:
The coach acts as an impartial sounding board. Usually only one session is required (changing job, dealing with a difficult individual or specific issue in a relationship, motivation etc).

Over 400 people attended the think2act conferences in NCI. think2act is the brain-child of our former colleague, Eibhlin Johnston, now Managing Director of ThinkCoaching (www.thinkcoaching.ie) and Celine Mullins, Act4Business (www.a4b.ie).
The conferences encompassed the theme of ‘change’ through expert advice, forum theatre and transformational coaching. All the participants who attended the conference were coached as a group using the Success Suite TM.
