Eibhlin Johnston
Eibhlin is the managing director of ThinkCoaching. She works with business teams as well as executives, managers and self-employed professionals to help them discover their core strengths and create bottom line results with focus and fun. Eibhlin’s expertise is business and business development. She has eighteen years’ experience in the financial services industry and her client list includes many of the world’s leading financial institutions. She delivers her own thought-provoking coaching programmes to business owners and executives. She has a Degree in Economics, holds a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching and is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP.
Dr Deirdre McCarvill
Deirdre is a Coach and Registered Psychologist who favours the Solutions Focussed Brief Therapy approach when she coaches clients. Deirdre works extensively with young people and adults and has a particular interest in working with people who are struggling with a particular issue such as ADHD, anxiety and stress. She has considerable industrial experience having worked in the UK, USA and Ireland where her main focus was employee development. Deirdre also holds a Post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching.
Pat Meehan
Pat has developed a career in sales and business management in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sector over the past thirty years. He is a certified Life and Business Coach, holds an MBA from the Open University and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Pat is passionate about life long learning and his main goal in life is to develop positive outcomes in both his business and personal life.
Carol Loughman
Carol is a Human Resource Specialist with over ten years experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. She has extensive experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources Procedures, Recruitment and Training. Carol has a unique coaching style that combines her experience in business with her people skills. Carol has a BSc in Human Resource Management and holds a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching.

Over 400 people attended the think2act conferences in NCI. think2act is the brain-child of our former colleague, Eibhlin Johnston, now Managing Director of ThinkCoaching (www.thinkcoaching.ie) and Celine Mullins, Act4Business (www.a4b.ie).
The conferences encompassed the theme of ‘change’ through expert advice, forum theatre and transformational coaching. All the participants who attended the conference were coached as a group using the Success Suite TM.
