Speed Coaching for Coaches
As a Coach you spend many hours coaching others to “live their best life”. Quite often, however, coaches fail to receive coaching for themselves. Now you can in an effective fast-paced confidential environment.
Eibhlin Johnston of thinkCoaching (www.thinkCoaching.ie) is hosting Speed Coaching events for Coaches.
What is Speed Coaching?
Speed Coaching allows you to meet, Coach and be coached by other Coaches.
How does this work?
The group of Coaches is divided into two groups; “Coaches” and “Clients”. The Coaches sit in a row opposite the Clients. Each Coach coaches their Client for a three minute coaching session. The Coaches remain seated and the Clients move to the next seat after each speed coaching session.
Following a short break, the roles of “Coaches” and “Clients” will be reversed and the coaching continues.
More detailed instructions will be provided on the night. The Coaches will ensure confidentiality at all time.

Over 400 people attended the think2act conferences in NCI. think2act is the brain-child of our former colleague, Eibhlin Johnston, now Managing Director of ThinkCoaching (www.thinkcoaching.ie) and Celine Mullins, Act4Business (www.a4b.ie).
The conferences encompassed the theme of ‘change’ through expert advice, forum theatre and transformational coaching. All the participants who attended the conference were coached as a group using the Success Suite TM.
